These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our app, website, services, and all features offered through Zulu Club.

1.

Who We Are

Zulu Club is a hyperlocal fashion shopping platform that helps users discover and buy clothing, footwear, and accessories from offline stores, local boutiques, and malls — all delivered in under 100 minutes. Our app combines:

  • Real-time store inventory
  • Personal shopper video calls
  • AI-powered outfit suggestions
  • Try-at-home kits
  • Seamless checkout and returns

We operate currently in Gurgaon and are expanding rapidly.

2.

Account & Access

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Zulu Club or have permission from a legal guardian.
  • You agree to provide accurate and updated account information.
  • You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
  • Zulu Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access for any misuse, suspected fraud, or violation of our policies.
3.

Orders & Fulfilment

Placing an Order

  • You may browse and place orders through our app or with the help of a Zulu Personal Shopper.
  • Product availability and pricing are shown in real time.
  • Some items may be exclusive to the app and may not be found in-store.

Delivery

  • We offer 100-minute delivery on eligible orders within supported zones.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, product type, weather, and traffic.
  • Delays may occur during peak hours or unforeseen circumstances.

Try-at-Home

  • Selected customers may receive a Try-at-Home Kit featuring curated fashion items.
  • Items not purchased must be returned in original condition within the same day or during the scheduled pickup window.
  • Damage, stains, or missing items may result in penalties or full charges.

Payments

  • Payments can be made via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or cash on delivery (COD) for supported locations.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We use secure third-party payment gateways. Zulu Club does not store your payment details.
  • In case of failed transactions but successful payment deduction, refunds will be processed in 5–7 business days.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return eligibility is based on the store's policy.
  • We facilitate easy returns and exchanges for eligible items within the allowed window (usually 1–3 days).
  • Some categories like innerwear, accessories, or discounted items may be non-returnable.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are out for delivery.
  • For COD orders, excessive cancellations may lead to temporary restrictions on account privileges.
  • Try-at-Home kits cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
6.

Personal Shopper & Video Calls

  • The Personal Shopper feature is a real-time, video-assisted shopping experience.
  • Zulu Club is not liable for decisions made during video assistance.
  • Conversations may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
7.

Offers, Discounts & Promotions

  • Promo codes or offers may be subject to minimum cart values, product exclusions, or time limits.
  • Zulu Club reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer without prior notice.
  • Offers are non-transferable and cannot be clubbed unless explicitly stated.
8.

Product Information & Pricing

  • We try to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions, images, and sizing.
  • However, slight color or style variations may occur due to lighting or device screens.
  • Prices and stock availability may change without notice.
  • In case of pricing errors, Zulu Club reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
  • Not attempt to hack, overload, scrape, or misuse any part of the platform.
  • Not impersonate another person or share fake information.
  • Not harass, abuse, or mistreat our support or personal shopper staff.

Violation of these can result in legal action or permanent ban.

Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, content, images, and designs on Zulu Club are either owned or licensed.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or copy any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Zulu Club is a discovery and fulfilment platform. We are not the manufacturer or brand owner of listed products.

We are not liable for:

  • Issues with product quality or sizing (please refer to store-specific policies)
  • Delays due to uncontrollable circumstances
  • Technical errors or data loss
  • Damages exceeding the order amount

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by Indian laws and handled in the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
  • We aim to resolve complaints amicably. Please write to support@zulushop.in for assistance.

Changes to the Terms

Zulu Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be updated here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app post-update implies acceptance.
